In a time when budgets and fiscal responsibility is paramount, sometimes leaders need a sounding board, an expert voice, to provide advice or input into a work situation, but not seeking full consulting services. I have a deep understanding of organizational change management to activate talent – I have advised leaders at all levels within for-profit organizations, non-profits, to small businesses to help them tackle the “everyday needs” for leading and managing their transformation agendas. My motto is, “it’s not just about getting change done, but it’s about getting change done right,” so it becomes a part of the way you work. I am not only a practitioner of change but I am experienced in building change management functions and capability.
